RecommendedOk! I finished my 3-day juice cleanse (level 4, least amount of sugary juices bc I’m insulin resistant). I loved it! This isn’t my first rodeo, but it was definitely so much easier to have someone else make the juices and package them for you. I started Tuesday at 134 lbs and 30% body fat and this morning I’m 131 lbs and 29% body fat. Wow water weight! I needed this boost to get me going again. Went to big squeezy in Mandeville to get my FAVORITE cacao almond milk, and I stood there for five minutes watching someone cut bananas while on the phone, and he didn’t even look up at me. So sad 😞 I left without ordering or being acknowledged.
Recommendedthe immune boost is a friggin miracle. i get two anytime I feel the slightest inkling of cold or flu. knocks it out fast!! 😍 I tell anyone who will listen!
