WOW!! If you have not been a customer of The Big Mattress Outlet, then I highly recommend becoming one. We bought a bed for my son from someone else and the rails did not convert to a queen. They only had the bolt on rails but had the converter. However they did not realize the bed had a head board and foot board so it did not work. Kelly was phenomenal and promised to fix it or reimburse me. She sent her guys out here today to fix my son's bed. Customer service does not get better than this yall.
