Great Cajun Food – Although I am not a big gumbo fan, I found this to be really excellent. I would certainly order it again. The muffalatta was the best I've had outside New Orleans. We got really personal service and felt very comfortable with the staff and the dining area itself. I will certainly go back.

Worst service I've experienced in a long time. – Living in the Heights my wife and I wanted to support a local restaurant in our Hood, so we decided to pop in for a late breakfast prior to kids afternoon activities. Despite average to mediocre reviews we decided to try it for ourselves...what a mistake that was. After waiting a short time to be seated (did not want to sit next to the guitar playing guy) we were guided to a nice spot outside. A owner in denial – Waited over 45 minutes for a Muffaletta and fries. Our waiter had no clue what day of the week it was let alone how to be a server. When the owner did come through the restaurant she joked that I did order the full size and that it would tast just great for dinner tonight. Told her I was going to feed it to my dog and she blamed the problem on her waiter. Great Neighborhood Breakfast – I love this place for breakfast. Excellent service, great food. Try the cajun grits, yummy. Cafe au Lait with beingnets rounds out a perfect New Orleans meal.
