Horrible experience with Lisa Mendenall. When I initially purchased my car and was approved her communication was okay. Immediately after I started to experience issues with temp tag, getting the title to register my vehicle and etc because I am out of state. As we started looking for a new vehicle for me, this location had a few I wanted to check out. I will never shop at this store. During my visit, an employee named Brandon Bailey treated me with shocking disrespect, as if I didn’t matter at all. No customer deserves to be made to feel that way. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly recommend others think twice before shopping here.
My whole experience has been awful. I bought the vehicle 12/28/24. At the time, I had called and went up there several times because the amount that was on the internet was not the amount on the paperwork. At first they said that the paperwork was like that because they were sending me a check for my sales tax. I never discussed sales tax with the financial advisor.
