This place is a rip off. $15 for 2 “large” sundaes that had the equivalent of 1 scoop of ice cream. We got no whipped cream or cherry and the ice cream wasn’t even filled to the top of the cup. I’m not kidding when I say it was the equivalent of 1 scoop of ice cream. We won’t be back.
The Big Dipper is Hagerstown famous. This spot stays busy, even in the winter. They feature Hersheys ice cream. The last time I went I ordered a banana split with soft serve ice cream. It was amazing! Ive also enjoyed the strawberry shortcake sundae. If you love ice cream, the Big Dipper will not disappoint. Thanks Big Dipper! I'll be back soon.
