DO NOT USE THE BIG CLEAN CO. I was quoted an end of lease clean including exterior windows and carpet steam clean. I was astounded to walk in and see nothing was done except the kitchen. The carpets were not steam cleaned, the windows were not clean. There was dust everywhere drops of dirty water on the floor, I have countless photos of everything they didn’t do. Another very unhappy NDIS participant here. Communication was great and I felt really optimistic about this until access to my funding was secured, then it went downhill very fast and it's pretty clear that we participants are just a source of money to businesses like this, not people struggling with daily life. - It took a week to confirm my regular booking date after sending back my service agreement, despite following up 3 times. - I tried to cancel a booking 3 times over 11 days because I was going away, yet still receiv... read more

Booked and rang to confirm a week prior that they could in fact do the clean on the date I'd requested (which they assured me was no problem) they then call me to cancel THE DAY BEFORE the scheduled clean and move it to the following week which absolutely defeated the reason for booking the clean for a key date.. Perhaps concentrate a bit more on your scheduling.
