Essence was just super kind and friendly! We haven’t been back in maybe 6-8 months simply because the food quality was just meh and the floor always is sticky. But today, we came on our way to the grocery store and felt taken care of by not only she, but also Darryl-the buser. He was so conscientious and took pride in making sure that his tables were neat and tidy. While our biscuits were dry, and the floor was still sticky, your customer service was wonderful!
