Love this neighborhood bike shop! Went in for a bike tune- up and also tried out four new bikes. Great customer service by all the staff- knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! modified each bike to better fit me for my test rides! Great experience!
I went there to get my chain tightened and waited while this cute but incompetent clerk held a conversation and did not ring up my $10.00 fee, then when the bike was looked at was told something was wrong with the back of the bike. I took it to another repair shop in North Sacramento and dealt with them before, they showed me the problem on the rear axle being damaged and why the chain was doing that on skipping, gave me price for part and labor but suggested that I could do ...Continue Reading
