Came in for silk press w/ Tenesia, the environment was very nice and welcoming 10/10. However, once I got to the shampoo bowl the stylist wash technique was not good, my hair tangles easily and she literally started scrubbing my hair all over my head aggressively while shampooing, I’m already knowing it was going to be rough process to detangle which it was. Second, once she was finally done detsngling and blow drying the amount of passes she did on my hair during my silk press was ridiculous. I walked out of the salon smell... read more
