It used to be a nice place to live but there are RATS, ROACHES AND RENT INCREASES that do not merit having a safe living environment. I thought I was the only one who was unhappy with the mold, and pests. Lots of people moved out and the management offered incentives like free garage space, but it wasn't enough to make people stay. One health and peace of mind are most important. Management cares NOT for your safety and only for your money. Go elsewhere before you get sick from the rats that were seen in the daytime hours.
This place is full of giant rats and if you see one, that must mean there are THOUSANDS more. The management, owners and former residents are all aware. Pest control cannot eradicate them despite putting down poison, spray and traps. Don't move there! It looks nice on the outside, but you will soon be visited by rodents and that is a major health concern.
