Do not higher this crook!!! He's out here trying to steal land for homeowner in our neighborhood!!! He's a drunk who drives under the influence, and will gladly run your children over after having a few too many drinks!!!
After having our neighborhood terrorized and completely screwed over by this man, I must warn you all from ever thinking about getting him as a lawyer. He's blocked off our river access, that is in our DEEDS for his own selfish greed. The children of our neighborhood can't even go down to the river anymore because of him! Do not even both contacting this crooked, evil alcoholic!!! He needs to get off his high horse and go back to rehab, because he's clearly drinking too much again!
The worst lawyer you can higher! Don't bother with him, he's a cheat and is screwing over a whole community! He'll take your money fast and spend it on booze and drink and drive too!
River Access is public in all of North Carolina, what Bettis is doing to our community is completely against the law and he can be sued big time for it. In each one of our deeds is ownership to the access, and he doesn't own it. Putting up a no trespassing sign on property that is owned by the public is a crime. I plan on contacting lawyers soon, along with the community against this crooked man.
