Took them 2 months to verify insurance I had to call and complain to mgr, they had misplaced my file after I called 2 times previously, then finally had appt was scheduled to get a Endoscopy and sleep study mind you this was in Jan and never got a call they got canceled I show up only to be told the nutritionist was no longer working there that they would call me to reschedule everything !! Dr Lloyd Stegemann and his staff are professional, friendly, informative, and thourough. I was provided more than adequate education on the gastric bypass and gastric sleeve procedures. We made a very informed decision on the sleeve. I started my preop protien diet Feb and the procedure was Feb 19th. I lost 15 pounds on the preop diet and as of today Mar 10 I have lost 37 pounds! They focus on nutrition, supplements, portion control, hydration, and follow on care. This is a first rate team of professionals.
Dr. Stegemann saved my life!! I only wish I would have done it sooner. Thank God for Dr. Stegemann!
