Very clean environment. All staff are very friendly whether on phone or in person. They answer all questions. Knowledgeable. They plan it all for you. Madison their nutritionist is a sweetheart. Both drs. Are very nice. Dr gopal is my surgeon. Though i wouldve been happy with either one. Whoever came up with the name of the facility name was very clever. "THE BETTER WEIGH CENTER". Im happy to be on this journey with them. I am beyond ready and so anxious To put this tool to use. Thank you all. Happy new year to me.

I could go on and on about the excellence of The Better Weigh Center! In less than a year I'm living the life I once thought was only a dream! I could never thank them enough! I was so skeptical of going to another dr...but I felt truly cared about, even over the phone! I made one of the best decisions of my life!
Everything went great for me. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had the gastric sleeve done a year and a half ago. I feel GREAT!!! Dr. Stegemann and everyone else there are very helpful. And they are there for me anytime afterwards. I haven’t had any issues but if I had I’m sure they would have taken care of me. I go in for 6 month checkups now. I called your office today to see about having my lat band removed and have sleeve done. Explained I was cash pay and was told the price plus I had to pay a 1k transfer fee since they didn’t do my band years ago. I was like ok I would like to meet the doctor and make sure I want to do this and was told I would have to pay 1k consultation fee. I have been in business in this city for a very longtime and have never heard of a charge like this to visit with a doctor to see if I wanted to be his customer
Very friendly and caring staff. Best surgeons and great bedside manners. Highly recommend them if you’re thinking about weight loss. Take most insurance.
