By getting rid of David Milliband. I read his salary is £530, 000 per annum for 38 hour week. This is a crime against donors and is not why ordinary people like me donate. Since reading this I have tried to find Charities that do not pay these astronomical salaries. Maybe David could give this year's salary to the Tsunami appeal. I feel saddened and shocked at the tragedy these people are enduring.I feel utter disdain for someone who profits in this way from it!
