I wanted to let you know how happy I am with the recent service I received. This was the first time I`ve ever had to put in a claim for glass repair. Not only were you and the other people I talked to on the phone very polite and professional, but the gentlemen that came to perform the service on my windshield was very pleasant, courteous, and professional as well. The onsite repair was very fast and made it easy for me to get the windshield repaired in a timely manner.

The The Better Body Shop, Las Vegas, NV guys are great. My truck needed a new bumper and they pointed out an issue I have been having for some time now with my starter system and were upfront with all their prices. I had a quarter sized crack in my windshield from a rock flying off of a truck on I-20. I quickly located The Better Body Shop, Las Vegas, NV and took my car the next day. I called around 9:30AM and had my car in for repair by 12PM. The time and care put into the repair left an excellent, professional result that made the crack almost invisible. Can`t say enough the great service at The Better Body Shop, Las Vegas, NV in Las Vegas, NV. It was raining when I arrived and the technician waved me into the garage so I wouldn`t get wet. They said it would take an hour and a half. It took maybe an hour. They were able to reapply my vehicle inspection sticker and my mechanic`s oil change reminder sticker. I had a small (dime sized) star break on my front windshield. He was able to give me a Saturday appointment only an hour after I called. Thats great service. I also knew it was a "star break" because of his website, which is how I discovered him. The Better Body Shop, Las Vegas, NV is also an independent local business, if you enjoy supporting local businesses like I do. The office staff and technicians were friendly and helpful in answering any questions. The service was quick and without delays.

Thank you The Better Body Shop, Las Vegas, NV for repairing the 3 1/2 long crack I had in my windshield. The technician is a true craftsman! He honest in his dealings and Id recommend him and his work to everyone! He took his time and made sure he did his very very best to repair the crack in my windshield. The same guy that put in my front windshield two years ago just repaired my back window. He was the nicest person I ever met. He actually cared about what he was doing and he cared about what I thought about it.
