Great experience with Beth Atkinson and her team! The house had an accepted offer the day it was listed. And the offer was more than the listing price. She priced the listing price at exactly where it needed to be for a quick sale. The house was a trust home that was previously owned by my parents for 48 years. Beth's team is SUPERIOR. They were able to handle the sale of my home and took care of ALL items identified by the buyer to include a new roof. She did this while we were in Houston dealing with Hurricane Beryl. We can't thank her enough for going the extra mile for us. We had no power and limited communication tools following the storm however she was always available when we were able to get a call thru. She helped us during an extremely stressful event and we thank her for that, THANKS!
Beth and her team are awesome! They are lifelong Midwest City people who know the area and are well known in the area. That’s definitely a big plus! I had to sell my mom’s house and I thought there might be some title issues. However her and her team had them all resolved well before closing. The house was only on the market a couple of days and we had a good buyer. I would highly recommend The Beth Atkinson Team for all your realtor needs.
Beth and her team did a fabulous job finding me the perfect home even during this sellers market that we are currently in. She helped me make an offer the seller couldn't refuse.
