I have gone here a few times and I always leave loving my manicure. Helen really took her time with me today, she was kind and courteous after I changed my mind on design twice! She works fast and well - highly recommend! I got a Gel-X full set with gel polish and chrome.
Some of the worst nail experiences of my life. Each of the 3 times I got my nails done here I had to go back and get them fixed due to them being so crooked and slanted that my fingers were in pain. The nail tech Kathy does good color, but her nail extension and filing technique is atrocious. It took her 3 hours to do a basic almond acrylic / gel and when she asked me if I liked the shape, after each nail, and I responded they are very slanted, she blamed that on my nail bed. I am going to preface this by saying I am 100% aware I should have advocated for myself and my needs/wants more. I am not leaving a poor review or intending any type of negative response to this review, it is more so to draw attention to what occurred. My boyfriend scheduled me an appointment for a manicure/pedicure and full set to relax and feel pampered because work and personal life have been hell lately. Needed nails done for a special event that evening. The services were done in a timely manner, but we didn't feel rushed at all. Every member of the staff that we interacted with was very friendly, personable, and attentive. The salon was kept very clean, which is huge to me. Definitely a great first impression and experience!
Devon and Danny were awesome! Got mani and pedi’s at same time since I was in a hurry! They did a great job. The salon is nice and everyone is super friendly!
