I hired them for an interstate move. It was subbed out to another company, which they denied they would do. The mover showed up alone and insisted he could do the job. He brought no ramp. He bounced all our furniture (including antiques and a very fragile grandfather clock) down the steps. They did not just damage the furniture, several had entire chunks broken off. Found out from the subs at the moving location told me the furniture was not even wrapped. In short, very unprofessional and incompetent.
