Julie is the best skin care expert out there. I had it all! I'm a Pacific Islander, and I had it all. Wrinkles, sun damage & my skin wasn't smooth. GONE! And, it took just about 8 treatments. Her prices are so reasonable. And, she's just a sweet person. I would recommend her & have recommended her to many any time! I'm so excited I get to see her tomorrow!
This place is a scam. My fiancé had an appointment for a facial and showed up to locked doors. She attempted to call and couldn't even get an answering machine to leave a message. The ladies at an adjacent business saw her waiting by the front door and told her that it's a common occurrence with this business. I don't know how anybody can operate a business this way. If I could give this a "no star" rating I would. I made and prepaid for 3 facials after using my groupon. I showed up for my 1st appointment, waited 40 minutes, called,knocked and no response or a show. Found out from girl working in area that I was not the only one that had been waiting that day. Called my bank. They canceled my transaction. Julie emailed me 2 days later. Apologized and wanted to reschedule. NO THANK YOU!!! I won't be burned twice!
I bought a facial on Groupon from this company for my mom. The Best (they spell "Worst" funny...) Little Shop is an hour drive from my mom. They cancelled her appointment at the last minute. They didn't even CALL her to cancel the appointment... they emailed her at the last minute. Who checks their email constantly? I'm not stupid. Horrible! Rip Off! I bought a facial package and scheduled appointments online as required. The first one she cancelled, the second on she was a No Show, the third attempted appt day I received an email saying my appt booking right were revoked due to a "violation" and all my appts were cancelled. Email said to contact her at her email address. I tried numerous times without any contact back. She has all of the money I paid for the facials and won't contact me!
IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE !!! THE BEST FACIAL I HAVE EVER !!! I purchased a Groupon to "The Best Little Spa" for a facial of my choice. I had no problem booking online, it was super easy, and I must say very convenient. The spa itself is hard to find. I got lost and I ended up being 10 minutes late to my appointment. The Best Little Spa is the only place I go for facials! I have been going to Julie for over 2 years. She's always kind to me and I have never had any problems. When I leave my face always feel amazing. I love the online booking its easy and I can change my appointment with out having to call. I got both my mom and dad facials here when they were in town for Christmas. I bought a groupon for a facial at The Best Little Spa and then I forgot about it. When I finally remembered to book my appointment I had only 4 days before it was going to expire. I went online to book my appointment and there was absolutely nothing available online before the expiration date. I contacted the spa through email because on their website it only provide that contact information. Great place! I booked online and got in the following week. Facial was amazing, Julie was very sweet. I had no problems. I would highly recommend this place. Oh yeah and I used a groupon. I will be back.
