Truly cannot recommend Best Day Details and Catie enough. We wanted to book with a bigger company of coordinators so there’d be backups in case of emergency (wedding coordination was our #1 priority!). Funny enough we initially booked with Megan but when we found out a few months later that she was going to be on maternity leave during our wedding we matched with Catie! We got married in June and I am certain it would not have been the perfect day it was without Kasey. The day was entirely seamless and to this day I have no idea if anything went wrong because Kasey just took care of it. At no point was I stressed about vendor details, timelines, decor, etc. because I knew it would be handled by the team. If you’re on the fence, DO IT! Your day will run so much smoother and you’ll be able to enjoy yourself, guests, and your newly wedded bliss! Highly, highly recommend Kasey and her team.

We worked with Molly as our coordinator for our July summer wedding and she was so so amazing!! The amount of stress she took off so we could truly enjoy the day was so worth it. We had a large wedding along with big a wedding party and Molly handled it perfectly. She was kind, organized, fun, personable and so much more! We hired Best Day Details for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Marysol helped set up our rehearsal dinner and did a fantastic job — she made the process easy and stress-free, and was flexible and communicative throughout.
