Absolutely the worst service... ever. My wife and I took our comforter set in to get it cleaned. It came back with a HUGE stain and more spots. When I asked about the stains, she said that we'd have to pay extra to get the stains and spots out... but they couldn't guarantee it. The comforter also had a strong chemical smell and was hard as a rock... when asked about that... apparently we didn't go with another additional option.
