I am a renter in a condo complex in Clinton Twp. I started having issues with carpenter bees in late April. I was finally given permission to have Joe come out and treat this issue. Joe Jr. came and was so professional, helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the extra mile taking care of the invasion at the mailboxes as well as treating the large tree behind my deck which they are nesting in along with wasps. I have a carpenter bee issue in the front and back of my home. Joe answered and scheduled me for next day. I got a text when I was the next service, and another text when he was on the way. Joe Jr, his son came out, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and sprayed my entire house down. He got on a ladder and checked many spots, and doused my deck as well. These guys are very responsive and communicate well. They were here and got the nest out before my sting even stopped hurting. Very efficient and effective. Highly recommended.
These guys did a great job. Said he’d be there at 8 a.m. and he was. Said he would text me 30 minutes ahead of time to confirm and he did. Removed a HUGE hornets nest in 10 minutes. Was professional, polite and friendly. And a fair price too.
