Poor customer service from the cashier at the fair, followed by unprofessional responses from the owner. Take accountability because how you treat customers and handle criticism matters rather than being defensive.
First time trying this restaurant and never again will I waste my money. Mac and Cheese had a burnt taste to it and was runny. After 5 hours, i still taste the burnt flavorof it. Rice was mushy and soggy and had water at the bottom. Pork Chops were not fresh and no taste. Was so disappointed because we really wanted some soul food. It was the longest wait to get the food and the best part was the can of soda.
I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the owner and her male cashier. They went above and beyond for us tonight! I ordered 93 dollars worth of food through door dash. Unfortunately, our dasher Katrina stole all our food and never delivered. She cancelled the order and we never got the money back. So we were without the food & money!!! BUT, both the owner and myself were both frustrated dealt with door dash to work it out. Luckily it worked out! We got food and she got paid!!
