Kristin and Justin were AMAZING to work with in the selling of our first home. I really felt understood, valued, and I couldn't believe how easy they made the entire process. They are so knowledgeable and so personable, which made the sale so smooth. We can't recommend them enough!
Kristin went above and beyond to help us sell our parents’ condo. There were a few times some unexpected circumstances threatened the deal, and she found a way through everytime. She is cheerful, attentive, reachable and does a fantastic job. I would use her again!
Justin was always very responsive and helpful in the recent successful sale of my long time home. Kristin did a great job in promotion of the home with her photography and listing that resulted in a quick sale. Justin was prompt and knowledgeable with his counsel which led to a final transaction with no problems. I found that I was advised wisely and always felt informed and secure in Justin’s advice. I would recommend this team to anyone needing an honest, trustworthy agency.
We were so fortunate to work with Justin and Kristin Berthiaume and their outstanding team. Their incredible knowledge of all aspects of the real estate buying process made it easy and less intimidating. Their communication is unmatched, quickly answering a variety of questions and providing resources to help complete the purchase and to ensure that our property was safe and protected. They are truly outstanding people who care about their clients and the community. I highly recommend them for all your real estate needs!
