This was the worst hotel experience I have had. Rooms are dingy. AC didn’t work. When I asked to fix AC they said they fixed (but didn’t). Asked to change rooms (they couldn’t accommodate). Asked to speak with manager (they said no manager on site). Horrible experience. Don’t stay here.
I was in town for a short work-stay in Midtown, The Bernic hits the mark: central, clean, comfy underfoot, and staffed with professionalism. Great choice if you’re city-focused and don’t need extra space or on-site dining. Just be ready for a cozier room and modest lobby experience.
