I have been a tenant for almost 2 years. Beautiful community, clean, spacious apartments, kid friendly, great location, reasonable/caring and excellent management and of course that flows to the team which leaves tenants with exceptional office and maintenance team. Berkshires leasing office was so helpful during our first move and they've continuously kept us in the loop with community events and fun gatherings [pool parties, food trucks, and movie nights]. Definitely a great choice if it's your first apartment.
Raquel was amazing and very sweet! She was very friendly and informative when I visited and toured the community. She worked with me in finding the right place for me and really tried to make this move-in a simple as possible. No only that, but she was also very responsive with all of my questions and concerns. This is definitely one of the best apartments that I found during my 3 month long search and I'm very grateful for their help.
All in all..its a great place to live..very clean nice quiet community...nice families..!! And the manager Tess and Raquel are so positive and helping. And of course the entire maintenance team is also awesome, knowledgeable and prompt in solving our maintenance issues. I've been looking into other neighbourhood communities too they're nice new ones also at an affordable price. But still if this company prefers to maintain a better economical price range for these apartments I'd prefer to stay here rather than move to the ot... read more
We moved in a week ago, and the moving-in process was so smooth, thanks to Tess. We arrived at the location late at night on a Saturday, but she still figured out a solution to give us the house keys. Tess even moved our boxes inside the apartment as those arrived before us! There was a cute welcome pack in the apartment when we came in. The complex is beautiful and feels very secure. It is very quiet and peaceful as well. We look forward to staying in the place.
