The Berkshires at Vinings is a remarkable quiet apartment community with an outstanding, professional and friendly staff. The grounds are impeccably landscaped, surrounded by beautiful mature trees with an excellent walking track and exercise facilities. The soundness of management and approval of accommodations is reflected in tenancy lengths that go upward to 20 years. A great apartment community.
Great multi housing complex! highly recommended. Staff are friendly and professional. The complex has lots of trees and very safe and quite at night. I really enjoyed living here.
I really enjoyed the experience walking through and touring with Mr. Kent he answered any and all of my questions with relevant answers, was very transparent with what to expect when living here. He gives a positive and engaging attitude which displays integrity and an actual investment on being involved with maintaining a community. I will update this review as necessary regarding my experience staying and so far it’s been simple and easy. I am expecting that it will stay that way.
