We searched for an Apartment complex that has great management and maintenance. This was more important to us than having the newest and most updated rooms. I continually am blown away by how quickly work orders are taken care off upon submission. Shoutout to Henry and the amazing other maintenance staff!! One thing I noticed that there is continual repairs and improvements done to the community. The Berkshires at Vinings is a remarkable quiet apartment community with an outstanding, professional and friendly staff. The grounds are impeccably landscaped, surrounded by beautiful mature trees with an excellent walking track and exercise facilities. The soundness of management and approval of accommodations is reflected in tenancy lengths that go upward to 20 years. A great apartment community.
Great multi housing complex! highly recommended. Staff are friendly and professional. The complex has lots of trees and very safe and quite at night. I really enjoyed living here.
