Management is terrible! They will try to take your deposit when you move out apply hidden fees . Maintenance always late not on time. I had a worst experience on that complex. Apartment building barely can’t get Sun inside, not good for someone had allergies, because it has pet smell.
I lived here 2.5 years and couldn't ask for a better experience. The maintenance team was always on time. The pool and amenities were always clean and accessible. They host many community events through the year for families & singles. They send notices before entry and have no problem communicating if entry is unavailable. Again the best maintenance team ever!
Tess capers gave us a tour and it was so amazing! She was so nice and funny and really cares about future residents!! Thank you The Berkshire at Vinings!!
We searched for an Apartment complex that has great management and maintenance. This was more important to us than having the newest and most updated rooms. I continually am blown away by how quickly work orders are taken care off upon submission. Shoutout to Henry and the amazing other maintenance staff!! One thing I noticed that there is continual repairs and improvements done to the community.
