From my initial telephone inquiry into a short-term lease to my move-out and my most recent visit to the property for a food truck they had onsite, it's all been top tier. I moved in about a month ago and so far I'm very impressed with the place! It's always clean and quiet, the rooms are nice and spacious and the management is phenomenal! Elizabeth and Taylor are very competent/professional and the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They have a welcoming energy that makes the whole place feel like home!
I felt discriminated against. Did not want to give me a tour when there were two agents available. It was suggested to schedule an appointment. I left the office with no clients waiting by the way.
This review is for assistant leasing manager Elizabeth Petrouka. She is super friendly and professional, but more so she is a problem solver. There have been two instances where she has gone way above and beyond for me and I am incredibly grateful for her assistance. Recently I dropped my keys in a storm drain in front of the building at about 3 mins before closing. Liz, stayed, helped figure out a solution and physically retrieved my keys from the storm drain.
