No one in the office can answer your questions, they send you through phone tag, lose you digital documents, forget every conversation you've ever had with them in person, tell you one thing at signing, and then later claim you didn't complete the necessary steps. We have been living at the Berkleigh since 2021. From the staff to keeping the grounds clean is amazing. Will highly recommend anyone to call the Berkleigh their new home.
