I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone regarding the refund of my holding fee for Apartment 201. I was told in July that I would be refunded after deciding not to move forward with the lease, but I have yet to receive it. At the time, May confirmed that releasing me from the lease would not be an issue and that the holding fee would be refunded. Since then, I’ve called and emailed multiple times without any response. It is now almost September, and I would like confirmation on when I can expect my refund.
