Great bunch! You will be impressed with the work flow, ethic, and personal touch they exude with every client.
They sent me a quote for home insurance that was 3,000$ higher than 4 other agencies quoted me. Crystal was great over the phone, but the prices were atrocious. The customer service was great, but if the service isn’t worth having customers…Then it’s hard to imagine giving them anything other than 2 stars. Thank you for taking the time on the quote anyways.
