We’ve worked with both Bailey and Crystal with the Bergfeld Agency, and both are amazing! Their communication is clear, and the information is well organized. Selecting insurance is easy with them, and making changes to our policy is also easy. We haven’t had to file an insurance claim yet (thankfully), so I can’t attest to that process, but we’re glad to have such kind people to work with!
Bailey was a great help, got auto insurance cheaper than I expected! And really fast too.
