I am a new resident to Bentley at Maitland and had the best possible experience ever. Evelyn was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The staff was always quick to address any issues or concerns that were had. I’ve been recommended the complex to all my family and friends.
Do not move here! I have lived here for 3 years with my boyfriend and the standards kept by the management team has continued to go down as time as gone on. The leasing agents are unreliable, unhelpful and useless. Any maintenance orders placed are ignored and no one ever comes to fix anything. I have been interested in this location, and Jeff and Emma made me even more excited about it! Overall it was a great experience. They did an amazing job walking me through the tour of the apartment, and answering any questions I had. I can’t wait to apply and live here!
Looked at a few apartments, was really stressed out, scheduled an appointment with Emma at the Bentley, I could tell right away she was a genuine person and really cared, she made the process simple and kept me calm all the way thru the finish line! I’m so grateful for Emma and her team for making it easy for me to move into my new beautiful apartment, it’s calm and relaxing over here and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with the Bentley at maitland 😎
