This is the first negative review I have ever left. I rarely complain, and I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. However, after spending over $1,200 on a three-night stay, I feel obligated to warn others about mine and my partners' experience. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was disappointing. Gorgeous aesthetic, clean, comfortable. BEST customer service! Stayed four nights. Jude in the Restaurant was excellent during the breakfast buffet service. Lovely hotel and pool, with a fantastic housekeeping team. Will definitely stay again on future trips to Cairns.
Entered the building to the rudest possible lady which I believe her name was Rachel. For over $1200, for only 3 nights, you would think this room would get your moneys worth. All rooms are set to 23 degrees AUTO. You will wake up SWEATING. Tell me how the outside was colder than the inside? Actually beyond mental. Parking was $25 a night. $2 water in bedrooms??
