Terrible. It is an uphill battle to make a claim. As the primary insured I had a prescription to claim. Instead of the hassle of going through the spouse’s employer plan, I wanted to claim on the Health Spending Account - no, need coordination of benefits. Why is this an issue if I am the primary person for the plan? I was told by their office staff it is CRA’s policy? What is this? It was not an issue in the past. Poor value for amount of money I pay. The app is terrible. My company finally changed providers and we are receiving a lot more coverage for a similar monthly cost.
The Benefits Trust is such a pain to deal with when submitting for reimbursement. They reject every claim with a different excuse. Do not email them asking for an answer as to why it was rejected. If you want answers call and be prepared to wait weeks to be reimbursed.
