I started dealing with these folks about a month ago....I'm bridging my wife over to Medicare by using Cobra insurance from my past employer. I have recently retiredbu t my wife will be on Cobra for a couple of years. This is were benefit plus comes in....we are still in process of receiving Cobra for wife......benefit plus is always easy to contact...no robot ......always very friendly and helpful.....I wish other company's were this over the top service.....still waiting for wife's Cobra but confident things will be fine..... read more
