I just had my first appointment with Dr. Berusch Gerardino and it was so shocking and refreshing to speak with a provider who actually listens and cares. After struggling to get any provider to give me the time of day and suffering through a lot of symptoms this provider makes me feel as though I finally have someone on my side to help. Dr. Jackie and team are very caring individuals who look beyond what a traditional doc would do. They’ve helped me with many things that traditional doctors have shrugged off and they are more curious to find the root cause. My husband is a patient as well, and very much enjoys his experience. I couldn’t recommend them more! As a matter of fact I always tell people to come see them whenever they have an ailment!
I feel seen a whole being at the Bendavid Clinic. Each provider and employee treats me with care, kindness and acceptance. I feel like I can be my full queer and trans self there, and get the support I need about all aspects of my health.
