Been at Benchmark for 4 months now and so far it has been a good experience. Maintenance issues have been resolved in a reasonable time, and there are no insulting hidden fees (free ACH rent payments). 2 bedroom layout is done well and rent is fair. The power being subcontracted was a concern for me before signing, it is provided by NEP, but with only an $8 community fee and rates comparable to AEP it's not really significant. Beautiful modern living space that still seems hard to find for the price. Friendly and efficient maintenance who's easy to get ahold of. Same with main office. Lived here for almost a year now with no problems. Love the location and quality of the apartment. Wonderful spot. Do recommend. Really happy to be here.
I am a PhD student at Ohio State University and just resigned for another year because this is a wonderful place to live for a really great price! Management is amazing at tailoring to your needs as a resident to make you as comfortable as possible, promptly responding to maintenance requests and putting on social events to foster community engagement. I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The management team is truly wonderful—professional, responsive, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. From the very beginning, they made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. One of my favorite amenities is the pool it’s clean, peaceful, and a perfect place to relax and unwind.
