I’ve lived at the benchmark since 2021 and it has been a great experience. The property manager Lisa is the best and the maintenance guy Aron is also great. If you need any maintenance issues handled Aron takes care of it usually the same day. Lisa is very responsive and answers any questions or concerns you may have quickly. The area is quiet and it’s right off of 315. I do recommend living here!
Absolutely outstanding! I spent a year in this complex and it exceeded all expectations. Perfect location, spotless all year round, and unmatched attention to detail. Ms. Lisa welcomed us with kindness and professionalism,she made my family feel safe truly at home. Mr. Aron was always available, fast, and highly efficient with maintenance and security; he handles everything swiftly and professionally. Safe, smooth, and worry-free living. This apartment complex is amazing and the best place I have lived in since I moved to Columbus almost 10 years ago! The walls and ceilings are so thick that I rarely hears our neighbors, let alone my roommate, and it is also well insulated to keep in the heat and AC. Last winter the heater started to blow cold hot and cold air but we didnt notice for a week since the apartment never went below 68 degrees! I’ve lived in a few different places in Columbus over the last seven years, and this is easily my favorite! When considering price, proximity to nightlife and excellent restaurants, not to mention the wonderful people who manage this property, renewing the lease was an easy decision.
