I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The management team is truly wonderful—professional, responsive, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. From the very beginning, they made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. One of my favorite amenities is the pool it’s clean, peaceful, and a perfect place to relax and unwind. Perfect location, super affordable price for students who commute to OSU. The landlord is very nice and friendly too!
I’ve lived at the benchmark since 2021 and it has been a great experience. The property manager Lisa is the best and the maintenance guy Aron is also great. If you need any maintenance issues handled Aron takes care of it usually the same day. Lisa is very responsive and answers any questions or concerns you may have quickly. The area is quiet and it’s right off of 315. I do recommend living here!
Absolutely outstanding! I spent a year in this complex and it exceeded all expectations. Perfect location, spotless all year round, and unmatched attention to detail. Ms. Lisa welcomed us with kindness and professionalism,she made my family feel safe truly at home. Mr. Aron was always available, fast, and highly efficient with maintenance and security; he handles everything swiftly and professionally. Safe, smooth, and worry-free living.
