I had an excellent experience working with Rob to repair my wife's engagement ring. Some of the pavé diamonds in the band occasionally come loose and fall out, so we wanted to ensure a secure setting. The ring was custom-made elsewhere a few years ago, and Rob and his team took the time to thoroughly explain their process, pricing, and what we could expect from the repair. Wonderfully friendly, tight knit staff, and incredible service. If you're selling gold or silver, they will do you way more honest than *any* gold buying place! I mean almost double, guys. Also they will cast your old gold into something new.

I recently took my wedding rings in for cleaning and rhodium plating and I was extremely happy with the results.
