As a current resident, I have been met with such disregard to any of my concerns. Being a tenant who pays rent on time, never has had any complaints from other neighbors, as well ASSISTS with keeping our washroom area tidy due to disregard from maintenance/groundkeepers. Run of the mill overpriced run down apartments. We moved here in may due to limited options. We were told our move in date was in April and started signing papers in March. A lot of fees and BS just to get in here.”the rent special” doesn’t take off much more than actual rent. Went for interview but haven't heard back. The guy didn't seem interested in hiring anyone but insisted on how he needs help, but no call back or no word from him. Best wishes to them.
Our experience with these apartments have been nothing short of horrific, and we haven’t even moved in yet! Our move in date was set for July 1st. THE MORNING OF, we were contacted by the office to inform us they had failed their sprinkler inspection the WEEK BEFORE and we would be unable to move in. Mind you this building had BURNED DOWN the year prior and yet they fail the sprinkler inspection with the new build???
