OVERPRICED. No one who makes 3x rent WANTS TO RENT.. It’s cheaper to pay 300-600$ a month for an RV or house.
Kristen is the worst property manager! LIARS. They showed a staged apartment saying the apartment for rent was being renovated. After moving in from out of state the curtain was pulled back to an apartment that had been flooded many times and never repaired. There were never any renovations just replaced carpet due to years of flooding and molding baseboards. This is the front hall of my “move-in ready” apartment. This should be illegal!!
just moved from knoxville to chattanooga for work and was living in a hotel for a while. it was a tough call to make but ended up choosing downtown to be closer to work. it was a tough call to make because though my apartment is closer to work the first impressions i received from east ridge wasn't about facility itself but rather because the leasing agent or manager mandy or madeline i believe her name was, answered all my questions on point without even having to ask. she even brought up points that i didn't consider about... read more
