These apts are VERY EASY TO RENT... The apartments are very old. Outdated problem after problems, roach. And mice infested run from these apartments.
As a current resident, I have been met with such disregard to any of my concerns. Being a tenant who pays rent on time, never has had any complaints from other neighbors, as well ASSISTS with keeping our washroom area tidy due to disregard from maintenance/groundkeepers. I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH THE DISREGARD SINCE MY REQUEST FOR A MOLDY CEILING DUE TO AN UPSTAIRS LEAK IN MY KIDS ROOM/CLOSET AS WELL OUR BATHROOM LIGHT HAS WENT OUT. Run of the mill overpriced run down apartments. We moved here in may due to limited options. We were told our move in date was in April and started signing papers in March. A lot of fees and BS just to get in here.”the rent special” doesn’t take off much more than actual rent. Went for interview but haven't heard back. The guy didn't seem interested in hiring anyone but insisted on how he needs help, but no call back or no word from him. Best wishes to them.
