Office is great, maintenance is great, the neighbors make this place unlivable. Worst apartment experience we’ve ever had. The walls are paper thin and the neighbors are egregiously loud, trashy, abusive, and have no respect for anybody. We wake up most mornings before 7am to music blasting and we go to bed to the sound of our neighbors tik toks. I used a fake name to prevent retaliation but this is not the apartment for you if you want respectful neighbors. To sum things up in a few words; Unlivable, keep looking.
OVERPRICED. No one who makes 3x rent WANTS TO RENT.. It’s cheaper to pay 300-600$ a month for an RV or house.
Kristen is the worst property manager! LIARS. They showed a staged apartment saying the apartment for rent was being renovated. After moving in from out of state the curtain was pulled back to an apartment that had been flooded many times and never repaired. There were never any renovations just replaced carpet due to years of flooding and molding baseboards. This is the front hall of my “move-in ready” apartment. This should be illegal!!
