just moved from knoxville to chattanooga for work and was living in a hotel for a while. it was a tough call to make but ended up choosing downtown to be closer to work. it was a tough call to make because though my apartment is closer to work the first impressions i received from east ridge wasn't about facility itself but rather because the leasing agent or manager mandy or madeline i believe her name was, answered all my questions on point without even having to ask. she even brought up points that i didn't consider about... read more

As of today they still have not returned my deposit. 5/20/25 . Horrific. Lived there 2 years. They never fixed anything. mold, roaches infestation and they never fixed broken cabinets. Broken locks. Dirty nasty hallways. Garbage overflows from garbage bins. Abandoned apartments. And then they had the nerve to not return the deposit. These people are SLUM LORDS!!! The website is a lie!! The apartment are nothing like they post!! Don’t take my word for it . Look at the BBB website.. they have lots of complaint.
