Absolutely do not recommend living here. Signed a lease over email because I was living out of state, and a short time after we moved in, we discovered a closet with an extreme amount of mold. After numerous amounts of emails over months and months and a wall that started crumbling because of corrosion, we had to break our lease and relocate. This apartment community is one of the coolest in the city. So much character was preserved with the renovations and the location in East Nashville is as good as it gets. If you want to live in an old-school unique home with excellent management, this place is for you. I highly recommend!
The Belvedere is a beautiful, historical building with exposed brick and piping, real hardwood floors, butherblock counter tops, and new appliances. There is laundry in the building, street parking, and a new resident area downstairs with a fenced in backyard. All size pets are welcome. 🐶😍😊
