I'm very grateful to Beltz Law. They did an excellent job on my ticket. The office was easy to communicate with whether it was by phone or email. I felt like everyone I dealt with there advocated on my behalf. My poor judgement was due in part to a difficult and stressful time in my life so having Beltz to navigate and handle the issue for me was one less stressor.
I used Beltz Law Firm several years ago and had a fantastic, hands-on experience. Unfortunately, my recent engagement in 2025 was completely different. Communication was poor, call center staff were undertrained, and their client portal is outdated. Payments and court notices were mismanaged to the point that a warrant was issued against me—completely defeating the purpose of hiring them. I called Beltz Law firm right after my trial and they said an attorney would call me back. Waited a week, never got a call back. I ended up giving a call back and then they were trying to charge me $100 more for “expedited” service. I explained how I called them and I was waiting for a call back from an attorney but never got a call back. They didn’t care and hung up the phone.
