This place is an absolute joke. We moved in, and the apartment wasn't even clean. There was paint on the floors. Tiles coming up on the floor, mildew growing everywhere. We spent quite a long time cleaning this place when we left, and they had the gall to actually send us a bill for cleaning and "damage to structure." They had water coming through the ceiling dripping on our floor, and they never even bothered to fix the ceiling. The mildew in the ceiling was likely making us sick. Dusty, Crusty, and definitely Musty The Belmont apartments are an absolute mess. They don’t respect their tenants constantly are changing the lease to their benefit. Managers will discriminate you and belittle you. I do not recommend these apartments.
Competitive rates , maintenance is solid, the only thing I think they would benefit from is a camera system .
Excellent service experience with Allison Causey! Very positive with information and very responsive.
Lots of crime , people stealing out my my truck , stealing motorcycles, management doesn't care they charge outrageous rent and won't even entertain buying cameras.
