Our family would recommend the Belland Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home or property. We found Lexi, Kelsey and Kiley all to be very knowledgeable and helpful during the process. If you are looking to buy a house in Iowa, and you don’t use the Belland team, I’m immediately judging you. They are extremely easy to work with. They will explain any and everything to you, if needed. There wasn’t a time during the day that they aren’t available to reply. They were actually on vacation when we first started talking about buying the house and you would have never guessed it. We bought our first house from out of state with zero issues.
