We closed a cross sale with Shawn Bellamak and he was an amazing agent to work alongside! 20 years in the business and he was one of the nicest, low stress agents I have ever worked with. Judge and Shawn Bellamak did an outstanding job helping my elderly parents sell their home of 40+ years. This difficult sale included the negotiation of a lot split, a seller leaseback and a contentious effort by the developer to renegotiate the price and terms at the last minute. The Bellamaks explained all the issues, negotiated a successful closing and protected us the entire way. It seemed like we hired a lawyer and a realtor all in one.
