We closed a cross sale with Shawn Bellamak and he was an amazing agent to work alongside! 20 years in the business and he was one of the nicest, low stress agents I have ever worked with. When a couple wrinkles in the deal popped up we were able to smoothly work through them and get the deal done keeping all parties involved happy. We hope to work alongside him in the future.
Judge and Shawn Bellamak did an outstanding job helping my elderly parents sell their home of 40+ years. This difficult sale included the negotiation of a lot split, a seller leaseback and a contentious effort by the developer to renegotiate the price and terms at the last minute. The Bellamaks explained all the issues, negotiated a successful closing and protected us the entire way. It seemed like we hired a lawyer and a realtor all in one.
