Do not rent from this company, move out process was horrible. Sent a bill for moving out 4 MONTHS after moving out, with items that make no sense. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from dealing with these people on move out.
I’ve lived in these apartments for ten years, and for nearly four years, the same children have been screaming loudly and constantly outside. I can still hear them screaming right now. Management went out to check on the noise, saw the children, and the screaming stopped temporarily—but now it’s happening again. I have been living here for two years now. My overall experience with the management has been pretty pleasant. The communication with the management team has been pretty clear. They are being respectful to tenants privacy. They always call before they enter the apartment unit if I forgot to unlock the deadbolt, even though I was the one submitting the maintenance requests.
