Dr. Lopez was excellent and genuine. Unfortunately, the office setting is shared with other offices and our young family member was sometimes agitated and loud during the sessions. Dr. Bell was not very professional regarding the situation and yelled at our family member and we were told we were no longer able to return for help. It was very disappointing to be treated this way when we desperately needed help and felt that we were just starting to get somewhere.
