I lived here for a year. The building maintenance man came into my apartment without permission, breaking the lock on the door, while I was sleeping. And when I submitted a complaint to district realty, I was told I should conduct myself better incase he enters my apartment again without permission. The heat also didn't work. Unsympathetic landlord. Some facilities in the building are in a state of disrepair. Sketchy tenants, and a misleading Realtor. I was shown a fully renovated unit when looking to move in, and after I signed the lease they gave me an extremely dated unit with a bathroom in dire need of renovations.
