Mario is a very personable and proactive superintendent. When I was first viewing my apartment I was very impressed with the fact he knew every tenant by name and everyone knew him. He guaranteed that our hardwood floors would be polished and the unit would be freshly painted. My girlfriend and I see him every morning sweeping the hallways and ensuring maintenance is constantly upheld. We are very happy with Mario and 386 Besserer.

I lived here for a year. The building maintenance man came into my apartment without permission, breaking the lock on the door, while I was sleeping. And when I submitted a complaint to district realty, I was told I should conduct myself better incase he enters my apartment again without permission. The heat also didn't work. The bathroom and kitchen were in horrible condition. And the laundry room and elevator are barely functioning. Editing to add update from response. I DID report it.
