I lived here for a year. The building maintenance man came into my apartment without permission, breaking the lock on the door, while I was sleeping. And when I submitted a complaint to district realty, I was told I should conduct myself better incase he enters my apartment again without permission. The heat also didn't work. The bathroom and kitchen were in horrible condition. And the laundry room and elevator are barely functioning.
Unsympathetic landlord. Some facilities in the building are in a state of disrepair. Sketchy tenants, and a misleading Realtor. I was shown a fully renovated unit when looking to move in, and after I signed the lease they gave me an extremely dated unit with a bathroom in dire need of renovations.
