RecommendedSuper CUTE community! The new studios are beautiful and come with a washer dryer. The new courtyard is so nice for just sitting and enjoying a good cookout and a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The office team is very sweet and Millie is bilingual which is a bonus!
My family and enjoy our new home here at the BelAire Apartment Homes. It was a great location to good schools, shopping, and so much more. The ladies in the leasing office are very courteous and eager to help in any way possible. Thank you again for making our experiences here memorable.
The management just keeps getting worse. The regional manager Christina refused to give me her boss's name and i actually have a video of the entire conversation -she accused me of being hostile but when i advised her the entire conversation was being recorded and offered to review it with het to show me when she changed her attitude.its all on camera. I stayed at this property for 8 years. During which time there were multiple management changes. Belaire was the only one that made me want to leave and did leave. They only care about your money. They without notice my wAter bill paid to them without any statement went from 56 to 100. They charge you for any and everything they can and don't care to fix your issues. I had one shower working for almost two years under their management always excuses and never fixed it yet I was paying for a two bedroom two bathroom but they ... read more
