This place takes weeks to months to fix maintenance requests, they don’t care that people let their dogs shit all over the grass and leave it, and they continue to raise rent prices even though the building is largely ignored. They also use misleading language and will talk down to you about your situation if you’re late on rent payments. All this money you pay for 0 amenities, 0 attention from management, 0 improvements or upgrades, and 0 consideration for the tenants that are keeping their lights on.
Horrible place security doors are always broke, they have someone living there dealing drugs to the Jr high kids from beverage, lots of code violations. The sewer backed up in to my apartment they had someone put fans in to dry it up but a year an a half later when I moved they had yet to come clean the carpet as they said they would.. I could go on and on but would not recommend these apartments.
