Being the first time I needed to sell a house I found Mindy very professional, as well as very sensitive to our desires and needs. She was patient, supportive and good at communicating what was needed to prepare the house and sell it. She knew how to get the job done to sell the house as the market changed and moved fast to get it on the market. I would hire Mindy and The Beitzel Team at any time should I ever want to buy or sell a house again in the area.
We currently live in Florida but, since all of our family now lives in Arizona, we decided to move closer to them (but not too close!) and thought Prescott was the perfect place.
