Unfortunately, after several years of treatment at this facility, I have to give them a low rating. If I could give them a zero, I would. As a mental health patient, I find their termination practices detrimental to recovery. I am aware in IOP missing three consecutive sessions will result in termination. However, for individual therapy and med management, the rules for termination need to be reinforced.
