RecommendedI spent a week there recently. the staff was very thoughtful and caring!
I keep calling to check up on my daughter and to see how she is because she cannot call me because she cannot speak for herself at the moment. the night shift nurses are being extremely rude and will not give me an update on her and keep hanging up on me! All i want to know is how my child is doing! I will be requesting that she is removed from that facility!
Bluefield Pavilion has handled a relative of mines care several times over the past year. They usually comes out just as bad or worse as when they went in. I have heard some insane justification for reasons regarding lack of quality in their treatment from counselors and as someone who only has a bachelors in psychology at highly disappointed.
